    The mission of the Recruitment Team is to deliver timely recruitment of VietJet Air employees in accordance to targets and standards through cost effective means.

    Policies and Procedures Management and Manpower Planning

    a.       Update Policies and Procedures

    b.       Communicate Policies and Procedures

    c.        Implement Policies and Procedures

    d.       Monitoring, controlling, estimating, and forecasting manpower gaps

    Applicant Sourcing and Employer Branding Management

    a.       Verify correctness and completeness of Personnel Acquisition request

    b.       Create job advertisement and collaterals

    c.        Post job advertisement via Email Notification

    d.       Post job advertisement via VietJet Air Website

    e.       Post job advertisement via Job Portals (Vietnam Works, Flight Global etc.)

    f.        Post job advertisement via Social Media Portals (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

    g.        Conduct Job Marketing Campaigns (Job Fairs, etc)

    Talent Assessment Management

    a.       Filter applications based on established criteria on Personnel Acquisition request

    b.       Administer/coordinate pre-employment testing/assessment requirements

    c.        Conduct background/reference checks via email

    Interview Planning and Implementation Management

    a.Plan interview schedule with respective hiring managers and candidates

    b.Conduct on-boarding assessment interviews (phone/online/1-on-1/panel)

    c.Conduct off-boarding exit interviews and guidance

    5 Contracts and Records Management

    a.       Provide Thank you letter for unsuccessful Candidates

    b.       Administer Reclassification (for internal hires)

    c.       Provide Job Offer Letter and Documentary Requirement List to Potential New Hire

    d.       Provide Contract to Potential New Hire

    e.       Manage contracts for Probationary/ Regularization/ Expatriate

    f.         Manage records of Applicants Database

    g.        Manage Hard Copy records of Applicants

    h.       Assessment of Recruitment Team Performance (Team, Self, Subordinate)

  • Manager for Talent Development and Employee Relations

    Position: Human Resources

    Talent Development:

    -Prepare yearly TNA and set up training plan, training budget for the year.

    - Lead the development training courses including career development activities to support our Talent Development.

    -Work alongside the relevant Managers and team to support all new starter onboarding and induction activity.

    -Design and delivery of all training courses development program with HOD and relevant external suppliers, monitoring and quality of outputs.

    -Provide consultancy/diagnosis of training needs within any part of the business, acting as development expert and delivering specific pieces of work.

    - Leading and conduct performance management for whole Company.

    -Contribute towards the business as a whole in identifying process training improvements, improvements in training policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.

    -Provide Talent Development & ER Executive on the job training and coaching following job requirement.

    -Take part in the PD project relating to Talent Development.

    Employee Relations

    -Develop a VJ employee relations strategy and plan, with a focus on developing a positive ER climate during complex organizational change.  

    -Work closely with all other areas to design and deliver strategies, policies and practices that are aligned with the Company’s purpose, objectives and values

    -Support divisional PD teams, providing employee relations and employment policy and process, advice, guidance, insight, training and expertise to ensure divisional HR teams are able to provide employee relations and policy advice, interventions and solutions to meet divisional objectives.

    -Lead the relationship and key negotiations with trade unions and other representative forums as appropriate with a view to securing business performance, employee engagement and legal compliance.

    - Ensure policy development in line with best practice, legal requirements and in support of Company strategic objectives.

    -Provide training and development for the divisional PD teams and line managers in order to build constructive relationships with the trade unions.

    - Lead the Company response to industrial disputes and business continuity planning for industrial action.

    - Lead and champion key program of work to enable the VJ to be a high class organization and employer of choice.

    -Drive continuous improvement in the delivery of employee relations and policy services (processes, policies , guidance and advice) including in-house and outsourced providers.

    -Develop PD capability in the understanding and application of employment law, policies and practices to ensure consistency and manage risk.

    - Ensure the provision of employee relations analytics and data as required.

    -Liaise with Legal team to ensure legal risks are fully considered and to ensure consistency of advice and guidance to divisional HR teams.

    -Lead disciplinary management for the Company.
