Payroll Supervisor

- Responsible for processing Company payroll

- Ensures accurate calculation of wages, tax withholding, and company deductions, etc

- Prepares statistical reports on employee pay, commissions and bonuses; vacation, sick, disability and workers compensation leave; taxes, withholding, etc.

- Ensures payroll records are updated and reports on any matters of interest

- Responsible for communication with employees on compensation & benefit-related

Educational Attainment 

Minimum - Bachelor’s Degree

Added advantage to HR System Certification


Work Experience 

at least 2+ years full-time the same position with equivalent title and business size


Technical Requirements 

MS Office

Familiarity with HRIS or any related system of HR

Solid knowledge about Vietnam Labour law
