The Training Planning
Department within Roster Planning is part of the Planning function. The Training Planning team is responsible for planning and
coordination of all crew training activities for both Flight Deck & Cabin
Crew . Tasks include the entire planning process starting with training
planning and re-scheduling throughout to the re-planning of rosters.
The Team Leader Training Planning reports to Roster Manager
and ensures that the operations carried out by the team complies with the
agreed OMD and VAR15 regulations.

Proven successful leadership experience working with senior
stakeholders in a high paced, dynamic and performance oriented matrix
Relevant education and/or experience from similar positions.
Fluent written and spoken command of English.
An understanding of risk
Strong analytical skills
and proven ability to structure and communicate complex problems
Highly proficient in use
of Microsoft Office
Ability to continuously
improve key processes and look for cost efficient improvements.
A strong understanding of
applicable rules and regulations set forth by relevant governing authorities.
