Training Planning Officers

The Training Planning Department within Roster Planning is part of the Planning function. The Training Planning team is responsible for planning and coordination of all crew training activities for both Flight Deck & Cabin Crew. Tasks include the entire planning process starting with training planning and re-scheduling throughout to the re-planning of rosters.

Job Description

  • Training Planning
  •  Arrange that the relevant facilities are available to the organization in accordance with the requirements of the Company.
  •  Ensure all KPI in the agreed and met
  •  Maintain oversight and ensure all training records and planning is up dated with the crew management system
  •  Ensure all training is planned in accordance to OMD into the AIMS training module.
  •  Other duties that becomes a natural part of the team leader responsibility within the Training Planning department

Job Requirement

-          Proven successful leadership experience working with senior stakeholders in a high paced, dynamic and performance oriented matrix organization

-          Relevant education and/or experience from similar positions.

-          Fluent written and spoken command of English.

-          An understanding of risk management.

-          Strong analytical skills and proven ability to structure and communicate complex problems

-          Highly proficient in use of Microsoft Office

-          Ability to continuously improve key processes and look for cost efficient improvements.

-          A strong understanding of applicable rules and regulations set forth by relevant governing authorities.

-          AIMS experience required
