ICT Manager

·         Constantly monitoring project status via a variety of applicable methods; apply best practices and methods as needed, to manage and control project resources.

·         Leading the development and refinement of project requirements, estimates, plans, schedules and implementations. Optimize strategies and resources to operate and maintain the project's trajectory

·         Develop training plans monthly, quarterly and yearly; training plans arising

·         Propose ideas to improve trainings software quality to VJAA board of management

·         Establish and maintain relationships with relevant authorities, organizations and educational institutions inside and outside of VJC

·         Writing works report (periodic report and emergency report) and potential issues.

·         Contributing ideas for process improvement

·         Bachelor's degree in IT or higher

·         5 years’ experience leading IT software project.

·         Experienced in leveraging structured project management methodology to lead project teams; including both Agile, Scrum.

·         Demonstrated the ability to deliver highly complex projects on time, on budget within expected scope at a high level of quality.

·         Proficient Verbal and Written English and Vietnamese.

·         Proven leadership, initiative and strong partnership building required.

·         Ability to understand the ""big picture"" and to apply advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, tools and processes.

·         Prioritize IT manager who have experience in universities and training institutions.

·         Information Technology.                                                                             

·         Experience with projects in multiple technologies and functions.
