Job Description


Talent Development:

·                  Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.

·                  Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted leadership development (e.g., succession planning).

·                  Participate in organizational strategic planning and provide leadership for policy staff development.

·                  Research and assist in the development of training programs that focus on enabling the workforce to achieve improvements with priority organizational concerns.

·                  Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.

·                  Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including current job descriptions, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.

·                  Create and maintain an environment of equal employment opportunity, diversity and competitive advantage in support of the company's diversity and inclusion strategic plan.

·                  Ensure that organization-wide talent management and performance initiatives are focused and aligned on improving operational and program efficiencies and effectiveness.

·                  Work closely with the recruitment team to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.

·                  Take part in the PD project relating to talent development.

Reward:

·                  Perform Performance Appraisal process and ensure to provide appropriate tools for assessment.

·                  Work with Departments as an advisors for KPI Setting and KPI process assessment

·                  Lead of Award program on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

·                  Bachelors/Master or Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

·                  At least 8 year relevant experiences in Aviation industry would be prefer.

·                  At least 6 year experience in the post of managerial level.

·                  Excellent computer skills with functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint).

·                  English fluency.

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

·                  Experience of operating in a Talent Development & Reward role within a Professional Services environment.

·                  Business partner approach to identifying organizational talent needs.

·                  Ideally a broad HR background/understanding as well as a soft skills training specialist.

·                  Good track record of delivering soft skills training personally and through the use of external suppliers.

.                  Excellent in communication/people management skill.
