    Job Description

    ·         Solve problems that arise at the ticket counter: booking and payment of value added services.

    ·         Maintain smooth coordination with Call Center division, Customer Service for related operations.

    (Sales statistics, control of revenues, regulations, etc.)

    ·         Update new processing of tickets, luggage and additional services.

    ·         Offer to sell other products such as seats, seat upgrade to Skyboss, Check-in luggage, In-flight services, etc.

    ·         Resolve passenger complaints about their tickets, luggage, additional services, etc.

    ·         Able to work in shifting schedules



    ·         Appearance

        -Male: Height minimum 1m68
        -Female: Height minimum

    ·         Physically fit

    ·         Neat and tidy

    ·         No visible tattoos


    Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

    ·         Excellent English communication skills

    ·         No lisps and no stuttering

    ·         Minimum TOEIC score of 450

    ·         College graduate or higher

    ·         Admirable Customer Service skills

    ·         Priority will be  given to applicants with relevant qualifications (certified in booking and ticket pricing, certified in reservation systems)
