to collect list of employees who recommended on getting award in monthly,
quarterly and yearly.
Be incorporate with
Media on the final award recommendation list before the closing meeting
Ensures affected areas
are included in Reward development.
Participate in company
project relating to Reward improvement that are initiated from the PD
Communication and Manual Integration:
Updates and maintains
reference materials as appropriate.
Periodically audits and
initiates changes to reference sources to ensure sources are accurate and
reflect current Reward.
Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

At least 2 years of Reward
& Performance Management experience preferred.
